Wanted!

After Alice gets out from under the car she goes and changes her clothes (don't know why) and grabs her dad's disks that were so important to him. She goes and hops into the Corvette, and drives to the ice cream place. When she arrives she doesn't see her dad anywhere so she goes and gets a coke and a milkshake and heads back to the car to wait. Time goes by and shes already finished with both of her drinks. Shes confused because he dad is so late. Alice turns on the radio in the car and the first thing she hears is "Tragedy and mystery struck the Stratford Condominium complex earlier today," his voice was completely happy. Stratford? thought Alice. (Thats where her dad lives). "Thirty-nine-year-old Marc Robie was found murdered in his bedroom Neighbors are shocked. This is the kind of place where you never dream such a thing could happen, they say. Police are looking for Mr. Robie's teenage daughter, Alice Robie was seen driving away from the condo in her father's car before police arrived at the murder scene. Police were called by the murder victim's ex-wife, who recieved an E-mail message from their daughter Alice, confessing that she had killed her father. Alice Rovie is described as 5'5, 155 lbs, long brown hair, brown eyes. She is driving a '94 red Corvette, license 386 JEF." Alice didn't know what to do and she was lost for words. She looked over and saw a pay phone so she went over and called her mother but her mother told her that everything would be okay and that when the police come to get her she needs to tell the truth and not lie to the police and make up stories because they already have her confession. Alice then hung up the phone because she couldn't believe that her own mother believed that she had killed her father..

Wow! What a statement from her mother! Can you imagine a mother turning a daughter into the police? What will Alice do next to save herself?

  2. She's running from an intruder and she has time to stop and have a coke and a milkshake?!? I'd be running until I solved the problem or met up with the authorities. Yeesh. Do you think this story is believable?
